The ELP is a complete lubrication panel for a machine lubrication section. A single panel can be used to monitor and control up to 64 individual flow measurement points. The panel consists of a cabinet available with many optional features, as well as oval gear meters for flow measurement, and electonics to display the measured values.

The ELS contains the control electronics for an Esko Lubrication Panel. The electronics convert flow readings from the oval gear meters into display values, trends, and interlock relay outputs. The ELS is also used to enable/disable individual flow points, and configure control values such as the low, normal, and high flow values for each point.

Oval gear meters measure the flow of oil to individual lubrication points. These meters feature modular manifold construction, allowing addition and resizing of individual flow points. In-line service can be performed by using the integral bypass valve for each point. LEDs indicate meter operation even from a long distance away.

EGM oval gear meters are used for the measurement of larger oil flows. Featuring a flow control valve and an integral bypass valve to allow in-line servicing, these meters also come with high visibility proximity sensors and some resizing capability.

EskoLube software monitors and records the information from one or more connected lubrication panels. Featuring continuous real time trending of all point values in a lubrication system, the EskoLube software also allows operators to remotely adjust flow point set values and descriptions in lubrication panels.
