Assalub's unique grease meter makes it possible to manually grease exactly according to manufacturers' specifications. With an ordinary lever type, compressed air, or electric greaser, it is difficult to apply the correct amount of grease during manual greasing, resulting in over or under greasing and reduction in equipment longevity. Adding a digital grease meter makes it possible to apply the correct amount of grease each and every time.

User feedback has helped the development of the next generation of greasemeters from Assalub. The Mk II weighs in at a mere 0.7 lbs, and features many usability improvements such as a back-lit display with large 9mm digits and reset capability, selectable units of measure, and programmable calibration. The new design includes advanced oval gear technology and heavy duty lightweight construction.

The LubeRight greasing system includes and expands on the highly successful Assalub Grease Meters. New features include greasing routes with intelligent transponders on the grease nipples. The transponders ensure that each lubrication point is given the correct amount of grease. PC based software is used to collect greasing information and to ensure that points are not missed in greasing routes.

Assalub's unique drum mounted grease pump rides on the follower plate, descending with the the grease level in the drum. The weight of the pump and the vacuum created help to ensure that virtually all of the grease in the drum is emptied. The height of the pump provides a convenient indication of the amount of grease left in the drum.

Dual line systems are automated centralized lubrication systems for greases up to NLGI 2, and can be used in applications ranging from small to very large. Main features of these systems are high reliability, and expandability through modular doser designs. Dual line systems are ideal in continuously operating applications.
